How can I contact customer service with questions regarding my subscription?
It's easy to manage your subscription online! If you have any questions regarding your subscription just click here. Or write, Monitoring Times, 7540 Hwy 64 West, Brasstown, N.C. 28902. However, if you prefer to call us, just dial toll-free (800) 438-8155 and our Customer Service Representative will be happy to help you.
When will I get my first issue of Monitoring Times magazine?
Your first issue will arrive approximately 4 to 6 weeks after we receive your order.
When can I expect to receive my issues each month?
Monitoring Times is published 12 times a year on a monthly basis. Your magazine should arrive by the 1st of the month. For example, your July issue should arrive by July 1st. If your magazine has not arrived by the 10th day of the month, contact our office and we will send you a replacement.
When does my subscription expire?
The date your subscription expires appears on your magazine mailing label, above your name. The date indicates the last issue in your subscription. Please see sample of mailing label below.
I'm moving. How do I change my address?

Why do I get invoices or renewal notices after I've already responded?
We make every effort to prevent this from happening. However, sometimes your response and our letters get crossed in the mail. If you receive a notice from us after you've already responded, simply ignore it. If you receive several notices, it is possible that we did not receive your response, and you should contact us.
Can I give someone a subscription to Monitoring Times as a gift?

Do you put my name on other mailing lists?
We DO NOT make our subscribers' names available to other companies.
Can I get back issues of Monitoring Times?
Of course! Back issues are available while supplies last. If you know the exact month and year of the issue you want, call our customer service department toll-free at 1-800-438-8155 to order. Where can I purchase Monitoring Times magazine?
Several distributors and chain stores carry Monitoring Times® but the specific stores change frequently at the whim of the distributors. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an up-to-date list of newsstands.
Can't find a dealer in your area? Single issues and back issues are available from Grove Enterprises for $4.75 for the first magazine, $3.75 for each additional (Email order@grove-ent.com to discover availability).
